We at Coforge are hiring Junior Business Analyst (#21455) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and validation of EDI communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, and FTPS while assisting with secure enterprise system integrations.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements, functional specifications, and integration-related processes.
• Assist in integration testing activities by validating transaction flows, reviewing data formats, troubleshooting issues, and supporting data mapping initiatives.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to support enterprise integrations, process improvements, and documentation efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of structured and semi-structured data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, or similar.
• Familiarity with technical environments including SQL, scripting basics, or UNIX/Linux fundamentals.
• Interest in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), enterprise integrations, and technical business analysis.
• Understanding of secure communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, FTPS, or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow structured processes, document requirements, and support validation activities.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or logistics platforms including WMS/TMS solutions.
• Familiarity with EDI standards and transactions such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, 850 (PO), 856 (ASN), 204 (Load Tender), 214 (Shipment Status), or 810 (Invoice).
• Exposure to integration tools such as IBM ITX (WTX), WebSphere MQ, or integration brokers.
• Previous internship, academic project, or entry-level experience in IT, systems integration, business analysis, supply chain, or logistics environments.
