About the Role

Support on analysis, definition and articulation of findings and preparation of recommendations to project lead across the following areas: localization of strategy, design of operating model and integration/business build outs

Roles and Responsibilities: ​

• Participate in strategic problem solving to develop local strategy in BU, design operating models and support business build outs or integration activities
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision making
• Support post merger integration / strategic business build outs projects for specific  workstreams
• Support the development of strategic narratives and presentations

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 5 + years Experienced  business professional from top management consultancy firm or financial services
• Knowledge and experience in :
  •  Supporting large scale (e.g. group-wide, multi-market) projects or initiatives into execution phase
  •  Delivery and project management, including associated tools, frameworks and methodologies
•  Insurance, Healthcare and Wealth and Asset Management across Asian markets is desirable
