As an Executive Support Analyst, you will offer support to various executives with complex organisational responsibilities. You will independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals and may work in a team environment. As the primary support, you will act as a liaison between the executives and their organisation, supporting the operations of the local office.
Role Responsibilities:
Assisting executives in the use of company self-enabling tools including travel and reservations, co-ordinating travel arrangements and assisting with itineraries and visa/passport procedures.
Proactive calendar management. Assisting with calendaring/scheduling of appointments, arranging conference calls, video conferences or data conferences
Coordinating work with internal and external third-party suppliers at the request of the executive or supervisor
Analysing and solving of lower-complexity problems

Role Requirements:
High school degree
Critical and analytical thinking
Creative and proactive problem solving
Professional communication in French (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
