Pattern is hiring a sales enablement leader to coach and develop our global sellers across our flagship product, 3P Accelerator, and a brand-new product launching in 2025. The sales enablement leader will be responsible for training the sales team to tell a world-class, tech-first story, highlighting our technology, data, patents, and AI features throughout the ecommerce equation that highlight the benefits and values to brands worldwide.
Pattern is the leader in global e-commerce and marketplace acceleration, headquartered in Utah's Silicon Slopes tech hub—with offices in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Hundreds of global brands — including Bosch, Nestlé, Stance, TUMI, and Panasonic — rely on the company’s e-commerce acceleration platform to grow their online sales on direct-to-consumer websites, online marketplaces, and other digital channels in more than 60 countries, all while managing fulfillment and logistics. With last year's revenue exceeding $1 Billion, Pattern has been named one of the fastest-growing tech companies in North America by Deloitte and one of the best-led companies by Inc. We place employee experience at the center of our business model and have been recognized as one of Newsweek’s Global Most Loved Workplaces®.
The Sales Enablement leader will develop the first-ever sales certification program at Pattern and be responsible for creating the program from scratch. The Sales Enablement leader will work closely with the PMM team to determine the messaging and tech features to highlight per product as well as the value drivers. The Sales Enablement leader will also work closely with Sales Leadership to set goals, KPIs, and reporting to ensure program success and that sellers derive value from the coaching and training.
