Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. 2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and translate them into functional applications. 3. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards. 5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, proposing solutions to improve performance and user experience. 7. Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, AI, and 3D AR/VR technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter and strong understanding of Dart. 2. Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts. 3. Experience with RESTful Services and OpenAPI (advantageous). 4. Experience integrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs with backend services. 5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 6. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user experience. 7. Familiarity with Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) basics for native integrations. 8. Strong understanding of SOLID principles and CLEAN Architecture. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. 3. Strong active listening, multitasking, and organizational skills. 4. Logical problem-solving ability and adherence to processes and guidelines. 5. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
