This role supports the back office of the Investment Services program to support our team of Financial Advisors for Investment Management to maintain their flow of business and meet with more clients and prospects.

Competitive pay: Olympia-$27.25 - $40.88 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.
Competitive pay: Seattle- $30.94 - $46.41 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.
Where we’re located: 330 Union Ave, Olympia WA or University Branch:1121 NE 45th St. Seattle, WA. Employee must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. This is a hybrid position that blends working in-office and from home. Works onsite two (2) occasions per week.
Working from home/hybrid requirements:
When you’d work: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, full time minimum 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility required to meet business needs for this non-exempt position
