As Integrated Marketing Leader for LATAM, you will play a key role in bringing 3M’s brand and business strategies to life across the region — connecting global programs with local execution to drive engagement, demand, and growth for 3M’s Industrial businesses.
In this role, you will translate global marketing strategies into impactful regional campaigns, leading cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high-quality, digital-first, and customer-centered experiences.
The impact you will make in this role
Drive execution of global and LATAM integrated marketing programs, ensuring a seamless, high-impact user experience across channels.
Localize and activate global strategies to meet regional and country-specific needs, supporting business growth and brand awareness.
Lead the end-to-end process of prioritized marketing campaigns — from planning and creative development to launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
Partner with Area Commercial Activation, Digital Operations, and external agencies to ensure flawless campaign execution and consistency of messaging across touchpoints.
Oversee media planning and channel mix design in partnership with media agencies, ensuring effective reach and ROI.
Provide performance insights and End-of-Campaign reports, leveraging data to continuously improve future initiatives.
Foster strong collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in campaign delivery.
Your skills and expertise
To set you up for success from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
Proven experience in digital marketing and end-to-end campaign management, from strategy to execution.
Strong background in project and stakeholder management within complex or matrix environments.
Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working with B2B or industrial markets.
Strategic mindset with ability to connect business objectives to marketing execution.
Understanding of customer experience (CX/UX), audience personas, and channel dynamics.
Media planning and performance measurement skills, with a data-driven approach to optimization.
Team player with high levels of organization, accountability, and a “make it happen” attitude.
Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office.
