About the Role

The Sr. Supply Chain Executive identifies and leads work on opportunities to improve the cost, speed, and quality of Kohl’s logistics operations.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, analyze and communicate supply chain issues and solutions to Sr leadership and key business partners

• Conduct annual budgeting, long-range planning and performance monitoring for area of responsibility

• Lead cross-functional project management coordination

• Work simultaneously on multiple projects with multiple vendors, ensuring goals are met. 

• Establishes KPIs and partner across the organization to deliver results 

• Provide project management coaching and guidance to team members

Slotting

• Drive strategic inventory placement decisions within eCommerce Fulfillment Centers (EFCs) through collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Leverage data analysis to generate actionable insights that support space optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery speed, boosting operational efficiency, and reducing costs

• Partner closely with EFC operations teams to develop intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that inform and optimize inventory storage strategies

• Bachelor's Degree

• Demonstrated initiative and drive

• Strong analytical abilities- comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis

• Clear and professional communication

• Demonstrates qualities of thought leadership

• Presentation of clear and concise business operational measures and status of key business programs to Leadership

• Curious mindset seeking and delivering operational improvements of our supply chain

• May require overnight travel

• Flexible schedule to support peak business operations
