We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the integration and development of a Manager Hub, integrating 15 HR tools into a unified experience. This role focuses on streamlining access to team feedback and compensation insights, enabling managers to manage their teams from a single platform. What you’ll bring…

  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of product and feature analytics, data analysis tools and techniques, research for analysis activities, documentation procedures, and modern industry practices and emerging trends.
  • Customer Insight: Understanding of customer and business problems, design thinking, dependencies, and impacts on product processes/ways of working, journey mapping, process optimization, and communication and influencing techniques.
  • Product Development: Familiarity with product roadmap development techniques, roadmap presentation, project management techniques, Agile methodologies, Scrum, MVP creation, and product development lifecycles.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to formulate and solve problems, frame hypotheses, understand business strategies and management practices, customer segments and needs, domain-specific knowledge, and "Go to Market" strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proficiency in verbal/non-verbal behaviors, business communication styles, situational awareness, elements of emotional intelligence and influencing styles, communication channels, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology Orientation: Knowledge of competitive technology landscapes, enterprise systems, technologies, PaaS and IaaS environments, software quality assurance, emerging trends, and product and technology innovation.
  • Domain Expertise: Awareness of domain-specific methodologies, tools, processes, products, best practices, and market standards in product/platform architecture.

What you’ll do…

  • Data Driven Product Decisions: Conduct activities for product/feature analytics independently or with minimal guidance. Monitor, collect, and structure data, evaluate results, support tool and technique identification, and assist in exploratory data analysis planning, design, and implementation.
  • Driving Customer/Client Needs: Research and verify customer needs and expectations, deliver customer value within profitability and other targets, build and maintain customer connections, solicit feedback, create customer journeys, identify touchpoints, address gaps/risks, and simplify processes to drive satisfaction.
  • Product Roadmap and Development: Build and own a simple product roadmap with proper phasing. Communicate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, explore alternative resources, manage backlog/priority tradeoff decisions, and oversee product/feature rollouts and scaling using an MVP approach.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Own simple customer problems and product requirements/needs, assist in building new ideas/products, explore new focus areas for value creation using first principles, develop long-term vision, articulate problem statements and hypotheses, guide prototypes, communicate product strategy and vision, and understand "Go-to-Market" strategies.
  • Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus: Communicate in stakeholder meetings, convey complex information, influence team members and stakeholders, prepare clear and concise reports/materials, seek and provide feedback, and respond appropriately to needs/questions.
  • Technology Orientation: Demonstrate an understanding of InfoSec policies, own business and user acceptance testing for simple products/features, represent technology requirements, drive technology design outcomes, and leverage knowledge of competitor products/services.
  • In-Depth Domain Expertise: Demonstrate awareness of domain principles, compare product/service maturity across subdomains, identify areas of innovation, recommend new processes and automation opportunities, drive execution of business plans and projects, and provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
