Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic GPO Membership, Engagement Specialist to join our GPO Solutions team. This role plays a critical part in managing and resolving GPO membership cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement. While not entirely entry-level, this position is ideal for candidates with foundational business experience who are ready to take ownership of complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage incoming GPO membership cases, applying specific rules to resolve issues and reconcile membership details.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of membership-related inquiries.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and Power BI dashboards to track case progress and engagement metrics.

  • Manage multiple competing priorities with urgency and precision, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

  • Support strategic initiatives and engagement campaigns aimed at strengthening GPO relationships.

  • Monitor membership trends and provide insights to leadership through data analysis and reporting.

  • Regularly update documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Training & Work Environment:
This remote position provides remote training. This will consist of 2–3 weeks of systems instruction and hands-on learning with a leader or senior team member. After completing initial training, you will begin working independently while remaining closely connected with your leader for several months. This extended support ensures continued learning and confidence as you gain experience with the various components of your role in real time.

Compensation:

  • This team role offers a starting rate of $26.00/hour, along with a 5% annual incentive.

  • The compensation reflects the investment in training and development required to become proficient in the role and positions team members for strong promotional opportunities within the GPO Solutions group.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with GPO membership and or contract management strongly preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple urgent priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience using Salesforce and Power BI dashboards.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
