The Position

This is a fixed-term role suitable for a student on a part-time working time base.

You will be a member of Professional Services Team and have the opportunity to work on diverse administrative activities at the Diagnostic Division. You will gain knowledge of the medical device healthcare environment on a local as well as global level.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Support with coordination of activities of Professional Services department
  • Manage the product complaints return envelopes to distributors upon request
  • Inventory of selected products
  • Process of preparing necessary documentation of damaged product samples
  • Consolidation of data from product documentations and invoices
  • Replacement pumps for patients - distribution of pumps to sales team; preparation and coordination of liquidation of expired pumps, meters; inventory monthly; physical documents handling and storage in the office
  • GDPR Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) consents management: coordination with Customer Service Support and Sales team the records / evidence of consents; evidence management of consents / check of physical documents; physical sending of consents to customers by post – regularly upon changes
  • Support with organizing internal company events
  • Travel needs management - booking flight tickets, transport, etc.
  • Create orders and data validation in the internal procurement platform MyBuy

Ad hoc responsibilities as temporary back up during vacation you might also be responsible for:

  • Create an organizational roof for the department activities
  • Ensure smooth Professional services other tasks administration
  • Assist other Diagnostics Division Departments in defining their needs, complex arrangement of various projects and coordination with all involved vendors


Who You Are

  • University degree ongoing studies in Finance, Economy, Business or related fields
  • Able to commit to 20 hours per week to work
  • Advanced level of English and fluent Slovak language
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel
  • Experience with working in Google workspace (Gmail, Shared Drives, etc.)
  • Experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Customer-focused to establish professional collaboration
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities
  • Great communication skills to be able to propose ideas and arguments
  • Willingness to work on improving processes and guidelines
  • Self-driven and self-disciplined to achieve closure of tasks within deadlines
  • Able to work in a complex and agile environment
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • SAP experience highly preferred
  • Detail-orientated
  • Basic finance processes knowledge

Salary starts from 7 EUR gross/per hour. Final salary depends on the level of experience and skills.
