For the further development of the Berlin site and to reach the associated significant growth objectives, the necessary machines and equipment must be procured. In this role, you take on key procurement responsibilities within ASML’s growing and dynamic environment. The focus of this position is the procurement of machines, equipment, and measuring instruments (Capex).

Your Responsibilities

As a Strategic Buyer NPR, you will:

• Build and implement procurement organization structures – in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Develop and drive procurement strategy.

• Establish and maintain supplier relationships – including the identification of preferred suppliers.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts – framework agreements, NDAs, long-term supply agreements.

• Shape the supplier landscape – considering technology and product roadmaps.

• Conduct audits and assess risks – nationally and internationally.

• Prepare management decisions and present at management level – for example, make-or-buy decisions and supplier selection.

Your Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g., in Industrial Engineering.

• You have several years of professional experience (typically 5+ years) in sourcing, supply chain, logistics, or similar fields in a high-end manufacturing company.

• You have strong knowledge of procurement markets for machines, equipment, and measuring instruments, including cost structures.

• You have demonstrated success in leading procurement activities.

• You have SAP user knowledge (MM module) and strong MS Office skills.

Your Competencies

• You bring agile project management skills (advantageous).

• You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English, spoken and written.

• You are willing to travel up to 20%.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Strategischer Einkäufer:in NPR wirst du:

• Beschaffungsorganisation aufbauen und umsetzen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern.

• Beschaffungsstrategie entwickeln und vorantreiben.

• Lieferantenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen – inklusive Identifikation von Vorzugslieferanten.

• Verträge verhandeln und abschließen – Rahmenverträge, NDA, langfristige Liefervereinbarungen.

• Lieferantenlandschaft gestalten – unter Berücksichtigung von Technologie- und Produkt-Roadmaps.

• Audits durchführen und Risiken bewerten – national und international.

• Managemententscheidungen vorbereiten und auf Managementebene präsentieren – beispielsweise Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und die Auswahl von Lieferanten.

Deine Qualifikationen 

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, z. B. im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.

• Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (in der Regel 5+ Jahre) in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistik oder ähnlichen Bereichen in einem High-End-Produktionsunternehmen.

• Du kennst die Beschaffungsmärkte im Bereich Maschinen, Anlagen und Messgeräten und das Kostenniveau sehr gut.

• Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten erzielt.

• Du hast SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse (Modul MM) sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

Deine Kompetenzen

• Du bringst agile Projektmanagementkompetenz mit (von Vorteil).

• Du kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch im Wort und Schrift.

• Du bist bereit, bis zu 20 % zu reisen
