Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern to join our Supply Chain and Logistics Center of Excellence in Hong Kong. This role will support business analytics projects by collecting, validating, and cleaning data, as well as vibe-coding for project development, while assisting with project administration and documentation.

Work Location: Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business analytics projects focusing on supply chain optimization
• Collect, validate, and clean data from various sources
• Support project administrative tasks including meeting minutes and scheduling
• Help prepare project documentation, user requirement documents, and user manuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze supply chain data
• Using Vibe-coding tools to generate codes for project development
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the SC&L COE

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (Year 3 or above)
• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, BBA, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding and learning ability for coding (e.g. python, Typescript, etc.)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication skills in English (Chinese language skills preferred)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Interest in supply chain operations and logistics
