Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Market Research & Consulting manager to support our Central America operations. This role involves conducting comprehensive market research, delivering high-quality consulting services, and contributing to business development initiatives across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Market Research & Analysis Conduct periodic collection and analysis of market data across Central American markets to support strategic decision-making and client advisory services. Prepare comprehensive market reports and intelligence updates for regional publication and distribution. Monitor real estate trends, economic indicators, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for internal teams and external clients.

 

Consulting Project Management Execute ongoing and future consulting assignments to exceed client expectations and maintain JLL's reputation for excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions tailored to Central American market conditions. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines and budgets.

 

Business Development Support Actively participate in new business development initiatives for consulting services and capital markets opportunities. Support proposal development and client presentations to showcase JLL's capabilities across Central America. Collaborate with other business units to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand client relationships throughout the region.

 

Additional Project Support Provide analytical and research support for special projects as assigned by management. Contribute to regional initiatives that enhance market knowledge and competitive positioning. Assist in developing market entry strategies and feasibility studies for clients considering Central American investments.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field, +8 years of experience in market research, consulting and commercial real estate in Centro America

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real estate market analysis and consulting in Centro America

  • Proven client-facing experience

  • Familiarity with GIS mapping and database management would be a plus
