Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level, or Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3:
• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets.
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases.
• Conducts supplier assessments.
• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance.
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
• Provides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 4:
• Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities.
• Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.
• Conducts and guides supplier assessments.
• Develops current and projected work statement.
• Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
• Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Develops and executes work movement plans.
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Shift Work:
This position is for 1st shift.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study).
3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.
1+ years of experience in Engineering and/or Program Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
3+ years of experience managing supplier performance.
1+ years of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts.
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)
Experienced Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Level (3): $85,800-$106,050
Level (4): $102,850-127,050
