Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Containerization Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong understanding of containerization technologies and deployment. - Knowledge of Azure services and solutions. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Containerization Development. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
