About Global Families

Global Families is a specialized business serving ultra-high net worth clients and advisors across the Bernstein platform. The team supports complex, globally oriented client relationships and helps advisors navigate the operational, diligence, documentation, and approval workflows required to serve non-US individuals and families. As the business continues to scale, Global Families is focused on building more consistent, repeatable, and well-documented processes across onboarding, reporting, client maintenance, the Non-US client Pre-Clearance process, and related approval workflows.

This is a unique opportunity to join a specialized and evolving business area that sits at the intersection of ultra-high net worth client engagement, global relationship management, operational execution, and risk-aware process discipline.

Position Overview

The Global Families team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Analyst to help manage day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and support continuous improvement across core team workflows.

The Analyst will work closely with Global Families team members, sales teams, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders, and US-based partners in live collaboration to support timely and accurate completion of operational deliverables. The role will require comfort working with sensitive client and business information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify when matters require additional review or escalation.

Over time, this role is expected to contribute to a more scalable Global Families operating model by supporting process standardization, quality control, data integrity, and the responsible use of automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Execution and Operational Support

  • Support day-to-day execution of Global Families workflows, including data processing, reporting, tracking, documentation, and routine follow-up.

  • Assist with onboarding, the Non-US client Pre-Clearance process, non-US advisor travel approvals, annual client KYC updates, and other recurring operational processes.

  • Field routine onboarding and Non-US client Pre-Clearance process inquiries, escalating complex, sensitive, or judgment-based matters as appropriate.

  • Help ensure process steps are completed consistently, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures.

Non-US Approvals, Diligence, and Reporting

  • Support non-US advisor travel approval and Non-US client Pre-Clearance process workflows by collecting required information, conducting initial research, tracking approvals, and maintaining documentation.

  • Assist with supervision of World-Check and related diligence support, as applicable, and organize findings for review.

  • Assist Global Families team members with recurring reports related to approvals, Non-US client Pre-Clearance process activity, Code-N matters, onboarding, KYC updates, and other Global Families workflows.

  • [Track workflow volumes, business trends, bottlenecks, recurring issues, and escalation patterns to support process improvement and better visibility across the business.]

Process Improvement and Automation Facilitation

  • Help identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve repeatable workflows.

  • Support documentation of process steps, handoffs, escalation criteria, and quality control checkpoints.

  • Help test, validate, and refine automation-assisted outputs, including form completion, filing support, template responses, routine adviser-team follow-ups, lower-risk client reports, and client structure mapping.

  • Conduct quality control on AI-generated outputs to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, investment management, operations, compliance support, client onboarding, KYC, due diligence, or a related role.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information clearly and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Comfort working with structured processes, trackers, reports, and sensitive client or business information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM, screening, workflow, or reporting tools is helpful.

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with US-based Global Families team members across time zones.

  • Interest in process improvement, operational scale, and the responsible use of automation to improve team efficiency.

Leadership & Success Characteristics

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and discipline in managing documentation, data, and process steps.

  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and follow through without waiting for direction.

  • Comfort working in a process-driven environment where accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment matter.

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present it clearly for review.

  • Sound judgment in recognizing when to escalate complex, sensitive, or ambiguous matters.

  • Clear and professional communication with stakeholders across teams and levels.

  • Ability to operate as an integrated member of the Global Families team, including live collaboration with US-based partners.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to help shape more scalable ways of working.

  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client, business, or risk-related information.
