What You’ll Do
- Overall maintenance of mobile attribution tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally between marketing, product and data teams.
- Monitoring and reporting weekly & monthly of all campaigns.
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine messaging, targeting, and creative elements for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis to maximize ROI, minimize CPA, and achieve revenue targets.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional job experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing position.
- Experienced in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Media Ads, Tiktok, DV360 in addition to measurement tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficient in digital advertising operations and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A creative, curious and growth-oriented mindset that has the ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
