Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle incoming driver requests and assist with driver questions.

  • Open daily repair orders; work directly with technicians as needed for repairs. (Someone who has a bit of mechanical knowledge would be helpful)

  • Working knowledge of Transman preferred (VRMS coding knowledge another plus)

  • Courteous and positive attitude – Communication is a MUST!

  • Multi-tasking and highly organized as this is a high paced shop.

  • Working computer knowledge and the ability to type accurately.

  • Able to complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner (Inspection Reports for DOT, DOT Violations)

  • Meet commitments and deadlines!

  • Must possess demonstrated superior customer service skills.
