Effectively handle incoming driver requests and assist with driver questions.
Open daily repair orders; work directly with technicians as needed for repairs. (Someone who has a bit of mechanical knowledge would be helpful)
Working knowledge of Transman preferred (VRMS coding knowledge another plus)
Courteous and positive attitude – Communication is a MUST!
Multi-tasking and highly organized as this is a high paced shop.
Working computer knowledge and the ability to type accurately.
Able to complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner (Inspection Reports for DOT, DOT Violations)
