About the Role

The position is responsible for handling and processing all the onboarding, offboarding, and movements within the agency hierarchy. It shall be in charge of making sure that movements across the agency hierarchy follow the prescribed guidelines set by the agency channel in support of achieving its goals. It shall liaise with partners internally and externally for any concerns related to the scope. It shall ensure that records are all database relating to segmentation, promotions, zone configurations are up to date and regularly reviewed.

Reviews and governs the onboarding process by:

  • Ensuring clear guidelines and processes are communicated to the agency force and internal collaborators
  • Ensuring accurate collection of data that is encoded in the IC E-Licensing System (ELS) and the AAR for OL and VUL
  • Ensuring adherence to the regulations set by the company and the Insurance commission in licensing new agents and license renewal of tenured advisors
  • Coordinating with suppliers and other business functions of the company to ensure timely processing of onboarding needs such as IDs, RFPs for license payment, etc.
  • Ensures that the third-party contractors responsible for encoding, documentation, warehousing, IC Liaison, etc. meet the agreed-upon SLAs and standards.

Reviews and governs the offboarding process by:

  • Ensuring clear guidelines and processes are communicated to the agency force and internal collaborators
  • Updating records in the AAR, IC, and other relevant systems
  • Coordinating with collaborators to ensure the release of clearances and advises an advisor of pending accountabilities.

Prepare and release reports, supervise and complete movements in the agency hierarchy which encompasses:

  • Contract Renewal
  • Promotions
  • Demotions
  • Advisor Segmentation
  • Other initiatives that are deemed needed by the agency sales management team

In charge of updating the agency records to ensure information is accurate and complete. Act as the point person for all agency-related information such as, but not limited to, tenure, segmentation, TRS configuration.

Performs other responsibilities & duties periodically assigned by the supervisor in order to meet operational &/or other requirements

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5 year College Course
  • At least three years of work experience in a process-based work environment
  • Proficient in MS-office applications and database, presentation
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and systematic
