Key Responsibilities

• Organize bulk, container, and truck shipments of concentrates: cargo packing, cargo loading, cargo discharge, transportation, transshipment, and storage

• Organize insurance of cargo during transportation and storage

• Prepare and submit commercial cargo invoices to Receivers/Suppliers, organize settlement of invoices in coordination with Trade Finance, manage cash exposures with counterparties, and control/report credit exposure with counterparties

• Work with service providers – forwarders, shipping agents, warehouses, and surveyors: screening locations, preparing service agreements, arranging payments for services, and controlling quality of services

• Organize operations for weighing, sampling, and assaying of concentrate cargoes; liaise with surveyors and laboratories, and understand on-the-ground facilities for weighing and sampling procedures

• Organize hedging of price exposure on concentrate shipments

• Handle data entry in the system and work with exposure and cargo reports
