Job Title: Web Designer

Location: Remote, with the flexibility to work from Indore, Mumbai, or Bangalore as required.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Web Designer who can craft engaging user experiences and design aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our AI-powered mortgage solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring our products not only meet functional requirements but also delight users. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to create digital experiences that are both innovative and user-centric.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications that simplify complex mortgage processes.
Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journeys to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or similar products.
Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.

Web Design:

Design responsive, visually appealing websites that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS and JavaScript.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining both aesthetics and functionality.
Stay current with web design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to enhance the user experience.
Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.

Collaboration & Communication:

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve the best user experience.
Partner with developers during the implementation phase to ensure high-quality user experiences.

Branding & Visual Identity:

Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms, adhering to our brand guidelines.
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s visual identity, reflecting the innovative nature of our AI-driven mortgage solutions.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and web design, preferably in a tech or product development company.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, with an understanding of how designs translate into code.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, A/B testing, and analytics.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
