Your Title: Intern Process Alignment

Job Location: Milton Keynes, UK or Espoo, Finland

• Proficiency in documenting and presenting outcomes clearly

What You Will Do:

• Assist in planning and documenting alignment sessions

• Support facilitators during sessions

• Ensure accurate transcription and documentation

• Ensure clarity of session objectives and expectations for all participants

• Adapt sessions to accommodate unexpected changes or new information

• Present session results through read-outs with the guidance of a supervisor

• Listen to business needs, propose solutions and improvements 

Goals of the Internship:

• Develop a deeper understanding of business processes and management

• Enhance skills in organizing, documenting, and analyzing business activities

• Gain hands-on experience in assisting and facilitating business alignment sessions

• Learn to present findings and recommendations effectively with professional support

• Strengthen problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
