The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management team is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.  

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centres (DC). You will play a pivotal role in supporting with executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout all our locations. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless—from a rewarding career in Enterprise Risk Management to continued growth and development with Aritzia. 

THE ROLE 

As the Team Lead, DC Risk, you will lead the team to: 

• Minimize the loss of merchandise 

• Protect our people, our clients, and our communities 

• Ensure the safety of our physical assets 

• Preserve and safeguard confidential information 

THE QUALIFICATIONS  

The Team Lead, DC Risk has: 

• Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in Enterprise Risk Management 

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles 

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners 

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business 

THE COMPENSATION   

The typical hiring range for this position is $26 –$46 CAD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
