About the Position:

Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing top talent on contract assignments in the life sciences industry.

About Us:

Orbis Clinical focuses on placing top talent at companies devoted to the development of medicine and products that improve and save lives.

• What you’ll do:

• Building and maintaining a network of contract employees in life sciences within your assigned vertical.

• Serves as a resource for contractors regarding the marketplace, project opportunities, career guidance, and development.

• Management of sourcing lists.

• Uncover lead information during candidate engagements and interactions. 

• Seeks out feedback from team on strengths (what to continue doing) and areas of opportunity.

What you bring:

• 1-3 years of life science recruiting and sales or related experience; specializing in Clinical Research and Operations.

• Experience recruiting for both contract and direct hire/permanent placement opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred

Salary: $65,000 Annually
