The position serves as the primary contact for clarifying reagent report interpretation and troubleshooting; providing reagent correlation and application; as well as technical education for customers before and after instrument installation. It also provides support to the sales and service team for business growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver Customer Operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site
2. Perform new instrument and assay implementations through to Test Of Record
3. On-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching,
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification or experience required.
Bachelors / Engineering degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred
EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATION
1. Proven track record in a Diagnostic laboratory or similar position, supported by management and customer references preferred or Graduate entry program.
2. Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
3. Technical Assay and system expert for product line responsibility
4. Highly developed communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and engagement with customers
5. Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues
6. Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
