The Senior Associate, Global service processing (GSP), plays a crucial role in managing and executing client-related processes, particularly focusing on bulk updates, deceased and bankruptcy cases, Client account terminations and GDPR compliance activities. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process cases involving legal termination of direct and institutional clients, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and execute bulk updates to client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage exceptions on voluntary account closure cases from different entities ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.
  • Liaise with legal teams, cross collaboration within various department to facilitate timely processing and resolve any issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of data handling processes to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure all client data management activities comply with GDPR
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are followed.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services or Operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Experience of working with Global organizations and multiple time zones
  • Experience with CRM and client management systems.
  • Strong understanding of Client life cycle processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
