The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with existing clients and acquiring new customers through effective communication and sales strategies. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Account Manager works closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service to deliver a seamless experience for clients. Key responsibilities include outbound sales calls, pipeline management, order/quote entry, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
