As a Surgical Equipment Manager for Puglia supporting our Surgical Accounts, you will be trusted to drive sales growth and provide expert guidance on Alcon’s Phaco and VitRet equipment.
In this role, a typical day will include:
• Collaborating with Account Managers to develop sales strategies and execute equipment demonstrations.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to contract negotiations and customer onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with surgical professionals, ensuring seamless adoption of Alcon’s technology.
• Generating demand by identifying new business opportunities and converting competitive accounts.
• Providing expert product support, coordinating with technical teams for in-depth clinical and commercial solutions.
University degree or equivalent qualification.
