Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with expertise in Conditional Contracts Management (CCM) for Vendor Rebates. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting vendor rebate processes in SAP S/4HANA across Source-to-Pay and Procurement functions.
The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of procurement processes, settlement management, pricing conditions, accruals, rebate calculations, and FI integration.

Analyze business requirements related to:

o Purchasing bonus agreements
o Retrospective rebate settlements
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA:
o Conditional Contracts Management (CCM)
o Settlement Management
o Condition Contract types
o Settlement calendars
o Accruals and settlement processes
Configure:
o Rebate condition types
o Pricing procedures
o Account determination
o Settlement documents
o Business Volume determination
Implement:
o Partial settlements
o Final settlements
o Delta accruals
o Manual accrual adjustments
o Retroactive rebate calculations
Work on integration with:
o SAP MM
o SAP FI/CO
o SAP SD (if applicable)
o Readsoft invoice processing
Support:
o Vendor invoice verification
o Accrual postings
o Credit memo generation
o Financial reconciliation
Conduct:
o Functional specifications preparation
o Unit testing
o SIT/UAT support
o Defect resolution
o End-user training
Collaborate with:
o Procurement teams
o Finance teams
o Technical/ABAP teams
o Business stakeholders
Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

SAP SD rebate scenarios (preferred)
SAP Ariba / VIM integrations (nice to have)

Mandatory Experience
Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations involving Vendor Rebates / CCM
Experience in support and enhancement projects
Experience preparing:
o Functional Specifications
o Configuration documents
o Test scripts
o Training materials

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline
SAP S/4HANA certification in MM or Sourcing & Procurement preferred
Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology

Nice to Have
Experience in SAP ECC rebates to S/4HANA CCM migration
Knowledge of CDS views/Fiori apps related to Settlement Management

Understanding of tax implications in rebate settlements
