Typical Accountabilities
The role;
is seen as a AZSS examplar, and possesses the ability to continually delevop their capabilities inline with current and evolving best practice
will provides coaching, facilitation and expertise in topics including, but not limited too, AZSS, TPM, Digital Transformation, six sigma, etc
has the strong ability to influence and coach across the spectrum of the business, from senior leader to the front line
will partner with the business (relevant business partners), to both ensure we can meet their busienss areas demand and also better understand their requirements
will delivers the APAC Lean Academy training plan as aligned with the regions and the Lean Academies strategic priorities.
Will play a key role in develop and deliver AI & new technologies training programmes to support company to build critical operational capabilities, and prepare talents for autonomous factory.
Position Responsibilities

Program Facilitation:
Learn and deliver the relevant programs to the highest level of professionalisim and in an engaging way
Ability to learn new leading edge skills/knowledge and develop program content inline with busniess requirements/priorities
Practical understanding of adult learning methodologies/techniques
Communication: Stong listening skills, highly empatheic, good questioning skills
Pragmatic decision making, strong critical thinking/probnlem solver
Good time management, prioritisatiion skills
Program development :
Self- Learning and and adopt best training programs to AZ operation team
Custermize training materials according to customers requirements
Standardise and scaling best training experience
Stakeholder Management:
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, good influencing/negoitiation skills
Key KPIs that relate to this position:
Supply – Strong demand and delivery of APAC Lean Academy training plan
Additional Accountabilities (per AZ framework and regulatory expectations):

Promoting a SHE focussed culture
Work in a manner which protects the safety and well-being of self, others and the environment
Participate in AZ SHE initiatives including SHE Race to Success, driver safety and sustainability programs
Contribute to improving AZ’s SHE performance
Proactively identify SHE hazards and take appropriate action including raising a STOP card where appropriate
GMP/ Compliance and Ethical Conduct
Ensure compliance of self and others with all systems, processes and procedures in line with statutory/ legislative/ quality requirements
AZ Values and Behaviours
Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company Values and and Behaviours
Complete all required training including, AZ Code of Ethics and supporting Policies and Standards on time.
Report potential issues of non-compliance and breach of the AZ Code of Ethics.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential:
Degree in engineering, science or related field
A minimum of 8 years experience in the manufacturing industry, 3 at a mid+ leadership level
Demonstrated more than 5 years experience in Lean/Six Sigma and/or TPM
Strong digital acumen
Strong problem solving.
Flexible with domestic and international travel.
Desirable:
Experience in GMP environment (or other highly regulated environments)
Experience in Agile/Scrum or Design Thinking or Critical Thinking.
Six sigma Green belt or above
Fluent English and Chinese for domestic/international communication/training delivery.
