Join the Digital Trust Compliance team in Digital Citizenship as Senior Analyst – Digital Trust Compliance. This role is crucial and will be at the forefront of supporting key strategic initiatives and risks, including implementation of new governance processes for cross-border data transfers and digital trust. Reporting to the Director, Digital Trust Compliance, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with technology, business, and Global Governance partners in the digital trust space to implement new governance processes.
As a Senior Analyst – Digital Trust Compliance you will
Conduct privacy impact and risk assessments of digital products, evaluating cross-border data transfer vulnerabilities and/or gaps in established controls, recommend mitigation measures.
Triage and prioritize cross-border transfer related requests, inquiries, inbox and other communication channels.
Assist in the implementation of internal standards to support cross-border data transfer processes.
Execute mechanisms to periodically reassess that appropriate cross-border data transfer controls are in place.
Support business and compliance teams in the application of cross-border data transfer controls.
Engage with teams across technology, business, and Global Governance to implement Digital Trust programs.
Conduct research and analyze data to determine trends or areas of opportunity.
Utilize proactive thinking and research to provide consistent and useful guidance and advice to our business partners.
Support project requests from Counsel, Compliance and Ethics Managers, and others as needed.
Prepare reports and dashboards for performance and efficiency metrics, trends, and SLAs.
Update documentation for operations procedures and policies.
Identify ways to improve team workflows and processes.

What you will bring
Bachelor’s Degree OR 2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, legal, program or operations management, technology, or information security
Background in process and program development, privacy, technology, or data is a plus
Experience working with other teams to implement compliance controls is a plus
Ability to use data and program management tools to improve processes and drive decisions
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt new processes and tools quickly
Team-oriented collaborative mindset

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
