Job Description Summary:

Begin your healthcare career with hands-on training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Trainee at Logan Health! Under the guidance of our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), you’ll provide essential care to patients across adult, geriatric, and pediatric areas, helping ensure their comfort and safety.

Location: Kalispell, Montana

Units Hiring:

  • Transitional Care Unit (TCU)

  • Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit

  • Medical Unit

  • Surgical Unit

  • Float Pool


Training Program Structure: Full-Time (3-4 weeks)

Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN (scheduled as needed)

Start Date: January 13, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily activities like mobility, hygiene, and meal support.

  • Take and document vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the RN/LPN.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe care environment by restocking supplies and supporting equipment upkeep.

  • Work with a compassionate team, supporting patient privacy and exceptional service.


Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older to apply

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

  • Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
