Enterprise Command Center Network Senior Analyst (Infrastructure Support Senior Analyst)

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support for Citibank’s global infrastructure, including diagnosing and solving incidents and problems related to the functioning of Citi infrastructure. As Senior Network Analyst you will run IT Services coverage within Citi network infrastructure to reduce or mitigate any actual or potential outage to our supported businesses.

You will be also taking part in automation initiatives that can help to improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing Tier I technical support for Citibank’s global network including diagnosing and solving incidents and problems related to the functioning of Citi network infrastructure.
• We will work together with the multiple functions to ensure proper performance of the processes running within one of the biggest IT environments all over the world. This will include direct engagement into operations including immediate notifications for critical issues and acting as the service owner.
• You will have the opportunity to develop in the field of communication thanks to cooperation with employees at various levels in different regions of the world and from a wide range of global IT and business.
• Key to your success will be impeccable process fulfilment and continuous service delivery as this is our highest priority.
• Perform incident triage functions when is required.
• Responsible for trainings, active participation in managing roadmaps.

Requirements:

 

• Conduct in a dynamic environment with a fluctuating potentially voluminous operational workload.
• High-reaching and with dedication towards continual growth and self-improvement.
• Working knowledge of internet working and telecommunications will help you in being successful.
• Background in operating network and/or servers services within international dynamic environment.
• Understanding of OSI model and network protocols.
• Industry specific certifications – CCNA or adequate knowledge would be an advantage.
• Experience in coding or automation area will be considered as a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
