The Franklin Templeton US Product team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join the team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will collaborate with groups across the team to support execution of strategic product initiatives, business analysis, and reporting activities. In addition to general management support, the candidate will take the lead in analyzing data and collaborating with the team to build business processes and drive informed decision-making to execute team initiatives. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from managing large- to mid-size projects to assisting other teams on larger more complex projects related to the US product range.
Business Administration
Assist in building and maintaining management reports on key metrics, project status, and product performance for distribution to executive audiences.
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required, contributing research, analysis, and organizational support to drive project goals.
Help prepare and consolidate materials for presentations, meetings, and team communications, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
Contribute to the coordination of team meetings, including scheduling, consolidating inputs, and archiving records for future reference.
Provide administrative and analytical support for quarterly and periodic reporting needs.
Project Management
Support the project management of product initiatives, including the technology development pipeline and the sales communication process, by tracking milestones, aiding in resource coordination, and maintaining documentation.
Collaborate across US Product to monitor and update the status of product-related actions, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of progress and deliverables.
Miscellaneous / Ad Hoc Management Administration
Coordinate with internal teams to aggregate and create content for presentations and written documents.
Provide updates to key metrics included in presentations and written documents.
Investigate business problems and opportunities and contribute to the implementation of project plans to optimize.
Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of related experience preferably with a focus on investment management, management consulting or business analysis
Familiarity with investment products or asset management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint or basic database tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new concepts and tools.

Compensation Range: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
