Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities across our European locations. This role can be based at our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden or Estonia and is a fixed term role for six months with the opportunity for extension.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering end to end recruitment from intake to offer across all functions
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication and engagement to a high standard from initial screening to start date
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and the wider HR team
• Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience; Engineering or technical recruitment is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of English is a must as the role is regional
• Experience in-house or in a recruitment agency  
• Experience in using Workday

Bonus If You Have

• Experience recruiting across several European locations
• Knowledge of Estonian and/or Swedish
