This position is for outpatient MGH Danvers

Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday


 

Job Summary

Assists anesthesiology staff in preparing patients and equipment for anesthesia and surgery. Responsibilities include cleaning and setting up anesthesia equipment, preparing anesthesia carts and machines, assisting with patient monitoring and positioning, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly. The role involves direct patient care.


 

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred

  • Experience cannot substitute for the required education

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience working as an Anesthesia Technician required
