What would you do? The Business Operations Analyst supports organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving data-backed decisions. This role works cross-functionally with operations, finance, product, and leadership teams to streamline workflows, improve performance metrics, and optimize operational strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to solve complex business problems. Technical Skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. • Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and KPIs. • Basic understanding of automation Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills • Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights. • Strong critical-thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. • Statistical analysis experience is a plus. Business & Communication Skills • Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations. • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Soft Skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or related roles. • Good to have Experience with workflow optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Data Analysis & Reporting • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management using tools like Excel, Power BI • Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to support decision-making. 2. Process Improvement 3. Operational Strategy & Planning • Support annual and quarterly business planning activities. • Provide insights for forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation. • Assist in developing operational strategies that align with organizational goals. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with product, operations, sales, and finance teams to understand business needs and pain points. • Translate business requirements into actionable analysis or project plans. • Support change management efforts for new initiatives or processes. 5. Project Management • Lead or support operational projects from inception to implementation. • Track project progress, analyze results, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders. • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives.
