What you’ll do-

• The role of the(Axiom Developer will have a strong focus placed on:
  • translation of business requirements into system design,
  • undertaking impact assessment and change analysis across the landscape and integrations,
  • completing Axiom functional configuration with traceability to met requirements
  • undertaking and supporting testing activities through the development and delivery lifecycle
  • supporting technical and business implementation activities to ensure changes are delivered to high quality
• As well as the required technical skills we are looking for someone who is solutions driven and thrives in working in a team to achieve overall service and project delivery goals
• The role holder needs to be able to work autonomously, whilst also being a supportive team player who is colleague focused and committed to delivering quality with consideration of business process and controls
• They will have a ‘Can do’ attitude and flexible to support other domains/streams or carry out other activities as the need arises
• Strong personal resilience with proven ability to work under tight timeframes and juggling multiple projects in parallel is also required
• Proven ability to plan effectively and take accountability for delivery and complete multiple initiatives to improve the operational efficiency highly desired
• Proven ability to coach and mentor more junior team members

What you’ll bring

•            Solution Design and development of regulatory reporting work using Axiom solution

•            Responsible for providing estimates for the development of axiom projects of varying complexity and suitable for multiple levels of coding proficiency

•            Reviewing axiom projects being delivered by the team, ensuring alignment to objectives (expected results), coding and performance standards and support considerations

•            Work with the Technical Delivery Lead and Solutions Architect to ensure deliverables conform to architectural, technical, security and data access standards

•            Unit testing components to ensure deliverables meet acceptable quality metrics

•            Pro-actively identify, document and manage data risk, ensuring risks are understood by related parties and developing risk mitigants

•            Perform analysis and diagnosis of application systems incidents/ problems including debugging of code.

•            Able to Develop, Design, code and test in accordance with best-practice software development guidelines and methodologies.

•            Developing operating and system documentation.

•            Communicate support status to managers in informal or formal manner as required.

•            Demonstrate continuous learning, high quality deliverables and enjoy a multicultural and collaborative work environment.

•            Train and guide team members, sharing information, skills and knowledge via mutual collaboration to achieve team goals

•            Work with business users to clarify requirements, resolve issues

              Excellent knowledge of AxiomSL Controller view v10 / 11.

•            3+ years in regulatory reporting for APRA and MAS (form based) using Axiom application.

•            Design, Build and Test overall technical solution of generating APRA/MAS/ French regulatory reports and other functional requirements in Axiom application 

•            Ability to analyse complex data structure and elements, propose and design solutions in transforming data to the regulator standard mapping of dimension and measures.

•            Development, support and testing of monthly/quarterly reporting to the regulator.

•            Mandatory Skills – Axiom, Regulatory Reporting in Banking, Taxonomy of APRA/MAS/French regulators
