The Opportunity

Seamless is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to plan, manage, and optimize high-impact B2B campaigns across paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) from awareness, to acquisition, to revenue. This is a key role for our next stage of growth, and we're looking for someone who wants an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Pre-IPO SaaS companies in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the proactive management, testing, and optimization of all existing and new Paid Search campaigns. Apply a data-driven approach to create profitable results that hit user, demo, and revenue goals.
  • Multi-Channel Direct Response: Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns including direct response-driven ads, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, programmatic, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and video marketing.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Partner with design and content teams to optimize landing pages using platforms like Instapage and ClickFunnels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Ensure the paid media budget is spent efficiently across performance channels to maximize scale and acquisition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Director of Paid Media, Product Marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent, and utilizing copywriting best practices across all channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of media activity. Combine in-platform data with trackable full-funnel results using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

 

Skillset & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of dedicated paid search experience with demonstrable results showcasing your ability to optimize for scale, ROI/ROAS, and metrics-driven KPIs.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience working within the B2B SaaS space is required.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, and other paid search advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret dashboards in Salesforce, Google Analytics, HeatMaps, and Tableau. Highly proficient in Google Sheets.
  • Strategic Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take extreme ownership, and go beyond the basic project/job description. 
  • Channel Familiarity: End-to-end campaign management knowledge, supplemented by a strong familiarity with SEO, social networking technologies, and display advertising.
