Pay rate: $20.00/hr

We are looking to fill our Premium Concierge Team, which is located at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN, home of the MN Timberwolves and MN Lynx. 

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Premium Concierge is to provide exceptional service to all guests before, during, and after events at Target Center. The Premium Concierge will enhance the guests' experience by greeting and escorting guests to premium spaces throughout the venue.

Essential Duties
Other duties may be assigned.

  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice creating a stress free environment.
  • Assists in the execution of the overall guest experience
  • Provides information about local features in the arena, such as: food services, ATM’s, bathrooms, merchandising, first aid, emergency exits, relocations, etc.
  • Escorts clients to suites, party suites, Sky Lounge, club seats and other VIP areas.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all clients’ information, activities and situations.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to clients’ needs, responds to requests for service and assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Degree required

    Or 1-year related experience and/or training

  • Premium customer service background preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Good communications skills. Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
  • Good customer service skills and sense of public relations
  • Must have professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed
