What you'll be doing

As part of Halfspace’s Strategy & Execution team, you’ll help organizations harness the power of AI to drive real business impact. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, define strategies, and ensure successful implementation of AI and data-driven initiatives.

Your work will involve analyzing complex business challenges, translating AI and data insights into actionable recommendations, and guiding organizations through change. You’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and business strategy, making sure our solutions deliver measurable value and a competitive edge.

Every project you contribute to will help clients make smarter, faster decisions, and unlock the smallest edge that makes the biggest difference.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for professionals with a few years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles, who are passionate about understanding business problems and driving impact. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and can turn insights into action.

You bring:

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze challenges and define solutions

• Experience in consulting, project management, or business strategy

• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders

• Curiosity about AI and data, and an interest in how technology can transform business

• Technical understanding is a plus — but your ability to drive strategy and execution is what matters most
