Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. The job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

Sales: Achieve allocated quota, and gross profit target; ensure customer satisfaction

  • Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Build a strong sales funnel, with the proper follow-up to achieve the sales budget for the direct business in Thailand
  • Lead the product demonstration, and product trail to customers to ensure they perceive the unique values of our features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain sales process & management for assigned franchise/territory
  • Manage design and implement the product placement projects with the proper follow-up to optimize the return on investment, and to hit the yearly sales budget according to each project.
  • Work with our 4PL distributor to prepare the quotation and specification according to the tender, and hospital’s requirement.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed.
  • Work weekends, evenings, and Holidays as required on an emergency basis.

Travel Percentage: 100%
