Position Summary
This position will be responsible for driving Medicare vision product strategy, development, and delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. You will help manage product portfolios, defining roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to bring high-quality products to market.

Job Description

  • Conducts market research to inform product decision-making.

  • Assesses market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and drive the development of innovative and competitive products.

  • Works with our vision vendor to develop and track recruitment strategies and performance on SLAs.
    Collaborates on marketing materials.

  • Prepares and delivers presentations to internal departments on vision product.

  • Handles escalated issues by collaborating with other areas such as HRP configuration, Stars and member experience teams, claims processing, and customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in product, project coordination, vendor management, or a related function

  • Health insurance and/or benefits administration

  • Analytics and reporting skills

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of independently navigating complex operational challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing slide presentations and clearly documenting issue resolution.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Medicare and vision products

  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations or reports

  • Experience collaborating with vendors, monitoring performance, and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).


Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
