Job Description:

The Cash Management Support Specialist is responsible for resolving cash and safe issues as they relate to store operations.  This individual provides exceptional customer service and works with other departments to provide resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures change orders, store deposits and safe related issues are resolved in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Receives and responses to incoming emails and service tickets specific to stores vault cash services.
  • Monitor, review, and follow up on all inquiries to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Submits request to banks for new store profile setups.
  • Open and close service tickets with armored car vendor.
  • Works with armored car vendor regarding cash claims and other cash related topics.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal departments

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus.
  • Experience in the customer service field preferred.
  • Experience working in Treasury or similar field preferred.
