Job Description


Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns on B2C channels:

  • Collaborate with a media agency to design 360 integrated marketing buys that align with AirAsia Indonesia's business objectives.

  • Drive campaigns on owned routes & channels to meet sales targets.

  • Create Campaign creative/EDM/Landing page concept & brief as per campaign requirements.

  • Support Marketing Analytics to drive direct online sales on the airasia.com/AirAsia move app.

  • Enhance direct sales traffic through benchmarking with Google Analytics.

  • Utilize analytics to enhance marketing decision-making with media agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Has sound understanding & knowledge of brand management, capable to propose strategy, copy and approach in supporting the manager to execute brand plans.

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and responsible for producing, and compiling performance reports.
     

Assist broader Comm team functions:

  • Coordinate with PR/media channels on press releases and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the creative to develop assets and merchandise in accordance with market requirements.

  • Act as brand guardian for AirAsia when dealing with external parties.

  • Establish and cultivate long-term working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Prior experience in KOL management or existing industry contacts is a significant advantage.
     

Assist commercial planning with market outreach:

  • Drive growth from new and ad-hoc opportunities.

  • Work with external stakeholders (tourism boards, etc.) on joint campaigns to expand the market.

  • Execute campaigns in alignment with S&D (travel fair)  planning directions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in mass comm,  marketing, or business preferred

  • Strong digital marketing and analytics skill sets including Google Analytics, marketing analytics, CRM

  • Experience within the airline, OTA Marketing/Sales campaigns, travel distribution, hospitality, or similar consumer goods business is ideal.

  • Commercially minded with an eye for detail and a passion for good design.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature in a fast-paced environment - achieving both time and budgetary deadlines.

  • A love for travel, and a keen understanding of different cultures.

  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.

  • Problem-solving skills and an efficiency-oriented mindset.

  • Min 3 to 4 years of working experience.

  • Strong teamwork skills are required.
