Job Description

Position Summary

This position is located in the Sacramento area.

To be the “Resident Expert” in all areas of our home building business including construction, finance, local community knowledge, marketing, architecture, pricing and evaluation.

Your Key Deliverables

  • Meet or exceed the sales goals per company business plan, at approved prices
  • Assist in motivation and training of all sales personnel
  • Assist in effectively managing of sales office, models, and standing inventory homes
  • Implement and monitor excellent Realtor programs
  • Implement and monitor customer referral programs
  • Implement and monitor excellent customer traffic evaluation system
  • Effectively and efficiently control processing of all purchase agreements
  • Coordinate effectively with Construction Department during construction of all homes
  • Represent the company in various industry, civic, and other public relation activities
  • Solve problems with customers on a daily basis
  • Maintain daily interaction with construction, design studio and options departments on any changes or problems relating to sales
  • Utilize and keep up-to-date Salesforce as lead management system and NewStar Sales for contract creation
  • Monitor and update weekly lot status reports to keep lender; escrow and customers up-to-date and provide updates to management to ensure timely closings and accurate reporting
  • Conduct all traffic counts and sales updates
  • Monitor; track and report on competition in your submarket as needed
  • Effectively manage all aspects of sales and sales offices, keeping everyone focused on company goals
  • Give a thorough presentation
  • Give model demo to those that you have determined to be able to buy your homes
  • Make the customer feel welcome
  • Follow up with prospects/buyers on a weekly basis.

    Qualifications

    • Must hold a valid Real Estate Agent or Broker’s License with the California Department of Real Estate
    • Strong organizational skills
    • General knowledge of new home industry
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Takes initiative
    • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office required; Sales Simplicity, Salesforce, NewStar Sales; DocuSign
