Job Summary
We are searching for a grounded business strategist and effective leader to elevate our overall business performance while driving a culture of change to achieve our visions of the future. The role is as a proactive member of the Senior Management team of the Motion platform to create, deliver and manage strategies in achieving operational excellence spanning the platform to achieve the ambitious targets of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery while driving continuous improvement activities across all manufacturing related areas of the business. This individual must be a solid mentor while providing clear leadership and vision to all operating units, inspiring and motivating all staff members. Establish and drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on budget, on time and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a complex organization with the energy to address both tactical and strategic needs of a growing business.Job Description
