Job Description

    About the Role

    As Physical Security Coordinator, you will manage all vendor contracts related to Intrusion, Fire Repair and Inspections for all company-wide locations. You will also manage any items related to store hardening and assist with Loss Prevention, small demand and special technology roll-outs.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design alarm systems and installation scope for new stores and remodels

    • Ensure State and local NFPA guidelines are applied to all system enhancements during store refreshes

    • Ensure capital budgets are maintained for all projects

    • Assist in the maintenance and overall management of Loss Prevention Service Channel Dashboard within Intrusion and Fire Trades

    • Serve as the liaison for any senior-level escalations, including before and after hour store business hours, weekends and Holidays

    • Forecast all Physical Security supply and vendor-related expenses monthly 

    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of best process and reference materials for Loss Prevention Physical Security relative to Intrusion, Fire and Inspections

    • Maintain records of current Physical Security Devices

    • Conduct post-incident review of all burglary incidents and provide recap and recommendations to Senior Leadership

    • Project manage all store hardening-related projects

    • Assist the Physical Security team with project managing special Technology project roll-outs or small-demand projects

    • Additional tasks may be assigned

    What Skills You Have

    REQUIRED

    • Knowledge of Physical Security devices, including CCTV, Video Management, Intrusion and Fire Alarms

    PREFERRED

    • Strong Customer Service and Project Management Background

    • Interpret Blueprints/CAD drawings

    • Interpret Building and Fire Codes

    • Knowledge of Network Technology

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Overnight travel
