The Director of Sales is responsible for continually growing and developing the relationship with RKL eSolutions customers. As a trusted advisor to their customers, the Director will also identify opportunities to integrate additional products offered by RKL eSolutions.

Success Factors

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to uncover opportunities and identify solutions for their opportunity
  • Gather feedback from customers to monitor performance of eSolutions products
  • Act as liaison between the customer, eSolutions, and third party software vendors
  • Partner with Business Development Representative to identify new customers
  • Stay up to date on product offerings ­­­
  • Motivate team to meet deadlines and prioritize work appropriately; demonstrate effective time management skill
  • Maintain confidentiality with external client and firm information as well as internal employee
  • Alight with Architectural and Client sales teams for successful customer engagement
  • Alight with sales leaders to drive awareness, measure progress and collaborate on strategy to meet all sales goals
  • Drive software revenue growth with end users and sales team by crafting future selling strategies for business solutions

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in software sales and customer success required, both transactional sales and strategic selling experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ as a sales leader and motivator
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and strong sense of urgency and believe in the firm’s mission

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external customers as needed
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be required

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $130,000
